• I bought and sold many properties prior to becoming a REALTOR so I understood the challenges before joining the business. There is no better teacher than the school of hard knocks.

• Thirty years experience in industry, most of which was in engineering designing and improving processes. You might ask yourself why this is important. It is the responsibility of a REALTOR to not only list and show properties but also to understand every aspect of the process. The job is all about facilitating and problem solving. The business is more complex today than ever before due to environmental challenges, regulation, and disclosure. I know the process very well and have many satisfied clients to show for it.
• I have rehabilitated many homes in the area and have a very good knowledge of construction and the investment side of R.E.
• I have extensive training in the field of home inspection through the American Society of Home Inspection. While this does not make me a Home Inspector, it is very helpful while prepping a home for market or assisting a buyer with assessment of potential purchases.
• The internet is becoming ever increasingly important, therefore I list properties on multiple web sites and MLSs.
• I am successful. I was awarded “Rookie of the Year” for my first full year in the business and it just keeps getting better. I am a top producer in Cayuga County and I am confident that this will continue.
• Last but not least, I do not focus on how much commission I can make. I have a firm belief and philosophy that if I do the best possible job for my clients and customers, the financial rewards will follow.
